Seven ways we help.
Every engagement is scoped to your operation. Open any service to see what it covers and what it produces.
Documentation & gap reviews
Understand what you have, what’s outdated and where information is missing. Leave with a prioritized plan tied to your operation.
- Existing policy and record reviews
- Applicable program requirements
- Clear priorities and next actions
DOCUMENTATION REVIEW
A clear starting point.
- Existing policy
- Confirm it reflects current activities.
- Training records
- Identify missing supporting records.
- Next action
- Assign an owner to resolve each gap.
Inventory findings priorities
Written programs & policies
Turn requirements and operating details into useful documents your team can understand, maintain and put into practice.
- Scoped program development
- Policy revisions and document control
- Forms, checklists and record organization
WRITTEN PROGRAM
Built around your work.
- Purpose and scope
- People and responsibilities
- Procedures for your activities
- Supporting forms and review dates
Defined scope. Usable procedures.
Monthly inspections & support
Keep attention on your program after the initial setup, with scheduled reviews, documented findings and follow-up on open actions.
- Agreed inspection schedule and scope
- Training record and document reviews
- Corrective-action tracking
MONTHLY SUPPORT
Keep the next step visible.
- Observation
- A checklist needs updating.
- Responsibility
- Confirm the revision with your designated contact.
- Follow-up
- Agree a due date and record the outcome.
Finding owner follow-through
Training that matches the standard
Site-specific training built on your actual equipment, procedures and hazards — delivered in English or Spanish, at your location.
- HazCom and chemical safety
- Lockout/Tagout — authorized and affected employees
- Confined space — entrant, attendant and supervisor
- Fall protection
- PPE selection and use
- Defensive driving
DELIVERY NOTE
Training scope is confirmed during scoping. Certain certifications — including DOL 10- and 30-hour outreach cards, respirator fit testing, and first aid/CPR — are delivered through partnered providers or referred out. Forklift certification requires a hands-on evaluation on your equipment at your site.
Incident investigation
Structured investigation after an injury, near miss or property loss — root cause analysis, documented findings, and corrective actions with owners and due dates.
- On-site or remote investigation support
- Root cause analysis
- Witness interview structure and documentation
- Corrective action plans with assigned ownership
- Recordability determination under 29 CFR 1904
WORKING WITH COUNSEL
For serious incidents, we work at the direction of your counsel where you want findings protected as work product.
Mock OSHA inspections
A walkthrough conducted the way a compliance officer would run it — document review, site observation, employee interview readiness — with findings you can actually close out.
- Records and written program review against applicable standards
- Site walkthrough and hazard observation
- Prioritized findings with owners and target dates
- Follow-up verification that items were closed
CLOSING THE LOOP
Every finding leaves with an owner and a due date. An open finding sitting in a file is a liability; a closed one is a defense.
Contractor prequalification management
ISNetworld, Avetta and Veriforce profiles require a current written program library, insurance certificates, OSHA logs and training records — reviewed against each platform’s own checklist. We build the documentation and keep the profile current through renewal.
- Written program development against platform review criteria
- Annual questionnaire and renewal support
- OSHA 300 log, TRIR and EMR data entry
- Insurance certificate and training record upkeep
- Response to platform review rejections
WHAT WE DON’T PROMISE
We manage and maintain your prequalification profile. We do not promise a particular grade or score — those depend on your incident history and on each hiring client’s own criteria.
